GRACE ENGINEERING WORKS is extensively engaged in manufacturing complete set of rotary change parts suitable for following machine model:

• ELMACH EP2000/EP2200/EP2300/2500 Blister Machine.
• IMA PG PHARMAPACK 240CH/ ROTOVAC S/V, ROTOVAC PLUS, 240EX
• RAPID PACK RP240, RP250PDA

We also offer change parts with PSR WITH PRC Assly, capable of performing PRC operations.

We have a blister packing machine at our plant, on which we do trails and testing of blister change parts before dispatching to ensure that the product is in "Ready to fit-in" condition when it arrives at your site .

These change parts are manufactured using  TOP GRADED QUALITY MATERIAL like Alu HE30(for BLISTER FORMING ROLLER, COUNTER SEALING ROLLER, Feeding channel & Guide Tracks), WPS D2(Dies & Punch), etc.

These parts are completely manufactured in-house using our latest technology equipped CNC and Wirecut machines which ensures proper accuracy. They are then precisely inspected for proper fitting and Easy Plug and Play on on-site machine.
